These Terms apply to your use of ioanavarzaru.com and to any PMU education course, mentorship, masterclass, or related training service offered by Ioana Vărzaru through FirstClass SRL.
Commercial refund percentages must be confirmed by Ioana before launch.

You can select one course and one price variant at a time. Selecting a different course replaces the previous checkout selection.
A place is not confirmed merely because a course is added to checkout or because an invoice request is submitted.
Prices are displayed in euro. VAT treatment and invoice details are handled by FirstClass SRL and its accountant according to applicable law.
The price that applies is the price shown for the selected course and price variant at the time you submit payment or request an invoice.
For invoice requests, you must provide accurate billing details. If you request a company invoice, provide the company name and any VAT or tax number available.
VAT treatment is not selected by the customer in checkout. Ioana and her accountant decide the correct VAT treatment based on the billing details and applicable law.
Invoices, payment evidence, and accounting records may be retained for the legal retention period required in Belgium.
Commercial cancellation percentages and any administrative fee must be confirmed by Ioana before launch. Until they are confirmed, no refund schedule on this site should be treated as final.
If you are a consumer and buy online, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for a distance contract unless a legal exception applies.
If course services begin during the withdrawal period or if immediate digital course materials are supplied, any waiver or loss of withdrawal rights must be handled with explicit consent and the required legal acknowledgement before access begins.
If Ioana cancels or reschedules a course for reasons such as illness, force majeure, or insufficient enrollment, she will offer a new date or refund according to the final policy and applicable law.
Ioana may remove a participant from a course, without refund where legally permitted, for unsafe conduct, disruptive behavior, misrepresentation of experience, or serious breach of these Terms.
Some courses include supervised practice on live models. You must follow Ioana’s hygiene, safety, and technical instructions at all times.
Ioana retains final authority over procedures performed during supervised training. You remain responsible for your own independent professional practice after the course.
Course materials, videos, manuals, templates, presentations, photographs, and original techniques, including Royal Powder Brows and Belinii Lips, are the intellectual property of Ioana Vărzaru unless otherwise stated.
Your course enrollment gives you a personal, non-transferable learning license. You may use the techniques in your own professional practice, but you may not copy the materials, share them, resell them, train others with them, or create competing education from them without written permission.
A certificate of participation may be issued after attendance, practical completion, and respect of course protocols.
A certificate is not a legal license to practice. You are responsible for checking and meeting the legal, hygiene, insurance, and professional requirements that apply in the country or region where you work.
Ioana provides training with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent allowed by Belgian law, she is not responsible for your independent work, business losses, lost profit, indirect damage, or client outcomes after the course.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional fault, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
Where lifetime or post-course support is included, it means professional educational support related to the course, such as technical questions, healed-result review, or case-specific guidance.
It does not mean unlimited private training, free attendance at future courses, business/legal/accounting advice, or guaranteed response within a fixed time unless agreed in writing.
Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy at ioanavarzaru.com/privacy.
Before submitting payment or an invoice request, you must accept these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. The website records the legal version accepted for operational and dispute-resolution purposes.
If you have a complaint, contact contact@ioanavarzaru.com first so Ioana can try to resolve it directly.
These Terms are governed by Belgian law, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you. Disputes are handled by the competent courts of Brussels unless mandatory law requires another competent forum.
The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform should not be used as a current complaint path because that platform was discontinued in 2025.
Ioana may update these Terms from time to time. For active paid enrollments, the terms in force at the time of booking apply unless a change is legally required or expressly agreed.
